Help with Logging On

  • If you get a User not found error when you try to log in, this means that you are attempting to log in at the wrong project.
  • If you get an error that your Email or password is incorrect then you should double check to make sure your password is correct.
  • If you have forgotten your password then go to the correct login page, and use the Forgot Password link.
  • If you still cannot log on after following the above steps above then contact echathelp@auckland.ac.nz for assistance.
